Solution blends (Lipo-C and Super Human Blend) are expressed per millilitre rather than per milligram, as they are multi-component liquid presentations.
How it is calculated
The calculation is direct: divide the vial price by the milligrams it contains.
Formula
- Price per mg = vial price ÷ milligrams in the vial
- Tirzepatide example: $1.180.000 ÷ 60 mg = $19.667 per mg
- 10 mg presentation example: $430.000 ÷ 10 mg = $43.000 per mg
The gap between those two values for the same compound is precisely why comparing vial prices is misleading. The 60 mg vial costs nearly three times more in total, yet is substantially cheaper per milligram.
Why compare per milligram
A protocol is not dosed in vials, it is dosed in milligrams. Two suppliers can offer the same compound at similar vial prices and have very different per-milligram costs if presentations differ.
